The Dutron training department provides all internal training for our production staff. Training can be both theoretical and practical in nature and is always related to the tasks and activities of our organization.
Theoretical training includes courses on how to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, quality plans, etc. Practical training relates to the proper use of our machines and tools in the production process. The correct setting and measurement of technical parameters is also part of our training programme.
In addition, the department constantly monitors the training needs of the organization in mind and develops, where appropriate and in close collaboration with the departments of engineering and quality, new training programs.
